Leaky DOJ Seeking “Protective Order”

This is rich.  The leaky DOJ is seeking a “protective order”  from the judge in the “election fraud” case.  Trump’s lawyers should file the same protective order so the DOJ won’t leak information they have in their case (https://apnews.com/article/trump-election-capitol-riot-indictment-protective-order-71cd642e876c47fff4e1283c15f8ca01). This explains the cries of the hypocritical DOJ:

“Prosecutors’ proposed protective order seeks to prevent Trump and his lawyers from disclosing materials provided by the government to anyone other than people on his legal team, possible witnesses, the witnesses’ lawyers or others approved by the court. It would put stricter limits on “sensitive materials,” which would include grand jury witness testimony and materials obtained through sealed search warrants.”

The DOJ is required to turn over their case information after a case is started.  It’s called “discovery”.  The DOJ is hillariously and guiltily begging the judge to do something so Trump’s team won’t leak information like the DOJ has been doing.  Such petulant whiners.
